DESCRIPTION:With unprecedented levels of investment in infrastructure across Canada and a federal commitment to reach net zero emissions by 2050\, the infrastructure sector is facing a transformative period. Governments at the federal and subnational levels are implementing Buy Clean policies to mandate lower-carbon construction. Adopting these standards within project budgets and timelines will require the infrastructure supply chain to adapt. \nTo turn this challenge into an opportunity\, the Buy Clean Industry Alliance and the Future of Infrastructure Group have come together to host a workshop with a select group of industry leaders and experts from across the sector. The aim is to map out a workable path to implementing Buy Clean requirements and adopting low-carbon building materials and practices. \nThis event is by invite only.
